What We Offer and How You Benefit
When you retire, you are automatically enrolled for life insurance coverage. Your beneficiary will receive $2,000 if you die from any cause while insured.
Retirees only - not spouses - have life insurance through the Trust.
What You Need to Do
You are automatically enrolled for coverage
when you retire. The retiree Record Card that you signed when you retired
designates your beneficiary.
To change your life insurance beneficiary please complete the
Life Insurance Change of Beneficiary Form
and return it to the Trust.
